Our Story

Amid centuries-old olive trees, a vision began to unfold. Ousía was born from heritage and heart — from a landscape passed down through generations and a desire to create something enduring, where nature and elegance could meet in quiet harmony. What was once an olive grove filled with memory became the beginning of a story that celebrates love, beauty, and the art of gathering.

Every detail was shaped with intention: the balance of stone and earth, the stillness between shadows and light, the sense of peace that lingers in the air. At the heart of it all, two kindred souls shared a vision — a reflection of love, creation, and quiet strength. On the 15th of June, 2024, one day before their shared birthdays, a decade apart, they said yes underneath the olive trees.

Ousía was already growing beneath their feet — a space where love, memory, and meaning take shape. It holds their rhythm now. Not just a venue, but a living story — theirs, and soon, yours too
